Spaces and clean room, ample parking including electric charging station that came in handy. Would definitely book again. Close to the shopping centre. Staff was very helpful when i wanted to extend my room. Liked the fact that there was a Starbucks in the hotel, if you into coffee off course.

Fantastic and modern room with an excellent shower and bathroom. Decor was really nice and modern. Bed large and comfortable too. Some nice extra touches which shows that they have gone the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable such as an ironing board and excellent iron in the room plus a top notch hairdryer. Good tea/coffee making facility, large modern LG TV, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and best of all, a push switch which instantly fogged the clear glass between the room and the bathroom for privacy. Another nice touch was the auto floor lights that came on whenever you entered the bathroom - ideal for those middle of night wee-wees. We ate at the restaurant which was really nice with great service and stayed in the bar most of the evening as it had a nice vibe to it. In the morning we used the brilliant spa and pool after checkout for a mere £5 for the 2 of us - fantastic value indeed. Would definitely recommend and we'd make this our no.1 choice if in the area again.

Great decor at the hotel, everything you need. Large comfortable bed, large Tv, coffee, tea etc. staff were really friendly. Starbucks on site, also restaurant which also has great staff and food, there was entertainment which was fab and we watched the boxing. A genuinely good stay.

Staff were great, the location was great, and the room was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant downstairs, which was lovely, and the bar staff were brilliant and made us adhoc mocktails - amazing. We made use of the pool, though we didn't use the sauna or spa pool as it was crowded. Changing rooms were great, towels provided and Dyson hairdryers were all on hand.

Loved the decor. Loved the pool/steam/sauna/gym area and the use of towels. Good location. Aircon worked well. Cooked breakfast worked well

Modern and clean, extremely comfortable beds, possibly the best we’ve ever slept on. Had a room on the 5th floor and slept like babies, so quiet. Staff were extremely welcoming and polite, the kind of service you get from a much more expensive hotel. Pool was great, really enjoyed our swim, changing room area is very swish. Loved having a Starbucks in the lobby.

The aesthetic of the hotel was very cool. My 11 year old son loved it. Beds were very comfy! Room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Plenty of sockets, bathroom was fab. Location was good for Basingstoke and parking was easy. There are some podpoint chargers (very busy) and the charge was free!! We had breakfast but only had drinks and continental food. The options were fairly small but just right for what we needed and we enjoyed it.

Lara at the check in desk was incredible. Such a lovely welcome. I never leave reviews or comments but this lady is a gem. Chatty, friendly and super helpful. Showed a genuine interest in us and remembered everything we’d said the next day about going to pick up a puppy. I feel that her personal skills are far beyond what her role is and she should be held onto for dear life. The hotel was way better than expected too. Clean, comfortable and really modern. For the price it’s the best I’ve stayed in. Watched Glastonbury on a massive tv in bed. The button to frost the glass in the bathroom is a cool touch and the bed was massive. Really pleasantly surprised with everything. Would stay at one of these hotels again. Didn’t use gym or swim as it was a quick one night but I’m sure they would’ve also have been of good standard if the room and the rest of the facilities are anything to go by.
